The casino has a vibrant atmosphere with live DJ entertainment on weekends, which was a lot of fun. The room cleanliness could definitely use some improvement; we found stains on the bedding and carpets. it was an enjoyable stay but needs attention to maintenance.

We stayed at Bally's and had a bit of a mixed experience. The room we got had a lingering smoke smell, which wasn't very pleasant. It felt like the cleaning could have been better as we found wrappers and old receipts left behind by the previous guests. one thing we liked was that it wasn't too crowded, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, our room wasn't available when we arrived earlier than expected. When we finally got in, we had issues with the leaking refrigerator and a broken coffee machine that resulted in a bit of a mess. The bathroom had a quirky flushing toilet that splashed water everywhere, not the most pleasant surprise. the hotel is conveniently close to the beach, which was nice. we faced unexpected charges for smoking in a non-smoking room due to their advanced smoking detectors. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not great, so bringing your own might be a good idea. The breakfast was tasty, but pricey, and the lost and found service impressed us by keeping our cooler safe overnight. the staff's rudeness and unprofessional behavior left a lot to be desired. We had issues with missing towels and toiletries, and the service was slow in responding to our requests. while some aspects of our stay at Bally's were enjoyable, there were definitely areas that needed improvement. The hotel could benefit from better cleanliness standards and more attentive staff.

I loved the breathtaking ocean view from my room, especially while relaxing in the soaking tub. The modern furniture enhanced the experience, and I appreciated the cleanliness of both my room and common areas. The fast elevators made moving around the hotel a breeze. Highly recommended!

With easy access to the beach and boardwalk, I enjoyed stunning ocean views right from my room, and it was just a short walk to the Absecon Lighthouse which is about 2 km away, Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall at just 600 meters, and the vibrant Tanger Outlets less than a 10-minute walk, making this a perfect base for a weekend stroll through the city; the hotel features clean bathrooms and a fun Carousel bar that added a nice touch. some areas of the hotel could use a bit more attention to cleanliness and upkeep.

Renovated junior suite was a breath of fresh air compared to the outdated Dennis Tower. The large tub in the suite was a luxurious touch.
Loved waiting endlessly for unclean rooms and rude staff. The joy of a broken chair leg and peeling wallpaper was the cherry on top.

The remodeled room looked nice, with a comfortable bed and excellent shower. the absence of a window felt like a prison cell. Upon complaining, the front desk's response was sluggish and unhelpful, particularly one rude staff member. There was a concerning fire hazard at the outlet, and cleanliness left much to be desired. The medium-priced restaurant was closed, forcing us to find alternatives. dealing with outdated IDs was an unnecessary headache. Noise issues disrupted sleep, and the overall customer service experience felt dismissive. This has been my least favorable experience at a casino resort. Improvements are crucial—until then, I won't be returning.

Great location right on the boardwalk; everything was within reach. The casino felt nice, and the beds were comfy. my room needed a serious update—stains on the couch and a strange smell. The broken phone and lock added to the frustration; after waiting hours, we still had no resolution. Encountered rude front desk staff and unexpected charges that were disappointing. I also struggled without a microwave or breakfast options and faced a clogged sink. The atmosphere was marred by noisy neighbors, making it hard to relax. Definitely potential, but many improvements are needed.

The hotel's location was fantastic, right on the beach and boardwalk. The MJ show at the casino was a highlight, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds.
The nightclub's loud music could be heard in the room until 3am, leading to a room change. some areas were outdated, with dirty rooms and slow housekeeping response times.

My wife says that the casino lacks non, smoking gaming areas.

My friends and I had a blast trying our luck at the classic casino game and getting intense with the Chinese Dominoes. Plus, we scored two festival tickets at the Bally Rewards Player Club – talk about a sweet win! Don't get me started on the video reels, wilds everywhere!

During my Christmas stay, I loved the convenient location right on the boardwalk and the friendly staff at the Johnny Rockets restaurant nearby. The breathtaking Oceanview from my room was a highlight of my experience and truly made my holiday special.
Sadly, my room was not as clean as expected, with noticeable dust and belongings left behind from previous guests. Additionally, dealing with unresponsive staff and noisy disturbances throughout the night, like loud music and even a cockroach, made for a less than enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at Bally's for a gambling trip and enjoyed the casino. The newer part of the hotel provided a nice room, and I was able to unwind and have a fun time gambling. The convenient location allowed for easy access to the beach. I'll recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Bally's Atlantic City Hotel & Casino was a complete waste of time, effort, and money, especially for longer-term business travelers like us. Despite the negatives, we did appreciate the free Wi-Fi in public areas, the 24-hour reception and security, and the convenience of amenities such as the indoor swimming pool, air conditioning, and beach access.
There were a few major drawbacks that overshadowed our overall experience. One of the biggest issues we faced was the poor cleanliness of our room.

the room was great in terms of space and ambiance. it was easy to get to from the front desk and casino. the hotel is right in the center of the boardwalk - very convenient. and the steakhouse on the 6th floor had good food.

i stayed in the dennis tower which, despite being old, was great. the room was clean and the room service was consistent. i loved the huge tub in our room. the housekeeping staff, particularly "flo," was excellent and made our stay much better. the location was convenient for the event i was attending, and the parking was only $10 for my entire stay.
